Revival Update!

We are into our last part of our Revival with Evangelist David Harrison. This week has been a good one, the preaching has been right on target each service.
We started off Sunday with a good attendance for Sunday school and a number of visitors in the service. No one saved. Last week we had three saved out soul winning. I had the opportunity to lead another 27 year old young man to the Lord. Turns out that I knew his dad. I use to work with him, I told him to tell his dad I would be by to see him. Later in the week, I caught him home, and led him to Christ! Then we visited with a teenage girl that visited our church last Sunday and she accepted Jesus Christ as her Saviour!
Looking for these to come to church and make it public.
The young man saved about two weeks ago, came to church Sunday morning and he came back Sunday night and got baptized! What a joy to see him follow the Lord in obedience.
Monday night Brother Harrison preached on Losing our first love for Jesus. Tuesday night, a powerful message on Do not disturb! so many Christians have hung a do not disturb sign over their hearts and lives and seem to be saying to the Lord by their complacency, Don't bother me Lord, I don't care about others or the work of God. May God set us aflame to serve Him more fervently in these last days.
Last night, a message on motivation to serve the Lord. The Judgment Seat of Christ. I must live in light of one day God judging our works as to what sort they are. Will you stand before the Lord, empty handed, no rewards, nothing to endure the fire of judgment because you lived for self, and did not obey the Lord's commands?
Still praying for revival and trusting the Lord to move tonight, and tomorrow night is our 7th annual Youth rally. Expecting a house full, about 7 other area churches are joining us for a time of great fellowship and preaching.
Come join us if you are within driving distance.
Pray for revival!

UPDATE!!!!
GREAT SERVICE TONIGHT, ABOUT 9 OR 10 VISITORS, MY BROTHER BROUGHT HIS NEIGHBOR AND HE GOT SAVED!!! ALTAR WAS FULL AND THE HOLY SPIRIT WORKED IN HEARTS.
BRO HARRISON PREACHED A FANTASTIC MESSAGE ON " BIBLICAL REPENTANCE "
 His outline was simple:
Luke 13: 1-5
I. Real repentance
He said that repentance is a change of mind about Sin.
2ndly it is a change of mind about the Self, and
3rdly it is a change of attitude and heart about the Saviour. Amen!
Biblical repentance will mean that we will have a broken heart, broken will, and a broken spirit.
II. False repentance
Not tears, Esau, Heb.12:17
Not being sorry, Herod Matt. 15:9
Not confession, just confess and not do anything different. It is genuine conviction. Conviction of the Holy Ghost shows the sinner he is lost. shows the saved what he is not doing. Confession is the acknowledging of sin, repentance is the alleviation of sin.
III. Repentance that is too late.
Esau, he repented in tears, but it was after he lost the blessings.
Joab, was repentant after he knew the king would take his life. I Kings 2
There are those that wait too late when they hear a message about salvation, but put it off time and time again, not knowing if that may the last message they will hear, or if they will live another day.
May we come to Christ, now, today is the acceptable time, now is time to be saved!!
Will you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, will you realize that you are a sinner. ( Rom. 3:23 )
And realize that without Christ you are lost and on the way to hell. ( Rom. 6:23 )
Repent and turn to Jesus and call upon Him to save you and He will. ( Rom. 10:9-13 )

Pray for our Youth Rally tomorrow night. Ask God to stir the youth and save lost souls!!
